About three years ago I started on a project. A goal to run every single street in the city where I live. Using a website called Citystrides I’ve been systematically working towards covering every street in town….. all 879 of them. Main roads, subdivisions, down and back every cul-de-sac, it turned out to be quite an undertaking. But during all of this, I intentionally never ran on one small street downtown; a short, dirt covered road called Crissey. Until last night.
Last night, at the 5th anniversary of the #ThirstyThursday run group, I finally got the chance to run on the one street I’d been saving. And finishing this project together with these friends was every bit as much fun as I had hoped it would be. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with me! ❤
